Stylish Homes offers a world of options when it comes to custom home building. We have narrowed down these options into three levels...Spec Home, Model Home by Request and Custom Home.

Spec Home
After designing a new model Stylish will build a spec home to display its unique features. Once the home is completed it is available for purchase. Please check the 'Homes Under Construction' link.

Model Home by Request
Many of our clients have requested us to build one of our already existing models for their new home. This option leaves the door open to more personal customization than purchasing an already built Spec home. You have a say in many of the building aspects including paint, flooring, appliances and fixtures. You can have us build one of our models that you've come to love while adding your personal touch in style. Please take a look at our 'Model Homes' link in the Gallery.

Custom Home
Sometimes a client can't find a model that truly suits their needs. This is when custom home building comes into the picture. In Custom building you can personalize every aspect of your home. From A to Z, we will walk you through the entire process. We will help you design the perfect floor-plan for your family, and choose all of your homes features, fixtures and amenities.
Many Home Buyers are intimidated by custom building because they think it requires a large budget. There are many options to building a custom home on a smaller budget. Please contact us for more information. We will work with you to make your dream home a reality.
